What is FLOWER BAR?

You love flowers and are looking for an unique gift for your guests at your wedding, bachelorette party, baby shower, business event or birthday? FLOWER BAR is indeed a bar, but with pressed flowers and artists, who will create live the most beautiful keepsake for your guests.

How does it work?

Please bear in mind to get in touch early if you'd like to book our FLOWER BAR for your event.
Would you like to have specific flowers or color palette for the artworks for your guests? You can send us your preferred flowers in advance or we can order them for you (additional costs apply), and we will press them for your event.
Every one of your guests will have the opportunity to select the flowers for their keepsake at our FLOWER BAR. This means that every artwork will be personalized and unique, capturing the atmosphere of your event and serving as a beautiful memory at the same time. 
We are available internationally (additional costs apply, e.g. travel expenses, etc.).

What do we need at the venue?

  • A table or a bar, working space at least 1.5m long
  • Two chairs or barstools
  • Preferably a lighted space
  • If the event takes place outdoors, please consider a shady place
  • Optional: envelopes with branding, a rubber stamp with your (company's) logo, etc.

SMALL​

  • 4 hours on site
  • approx. 50 guests
  • including all materials (high quality paper size DIN A5, envelopes and pressed flowers depending on inventory)
  • including travel up to 50 km

  • 7 hours on site
  • approx. 80 guests
  • including all materials (high quality paper size DIN A5, envelopes and pressed flowers depending on inventory)
  • including travel up to 50 km

ALL IN

  • All day (8+ hours)
  • approx. 100-120 guests

You can book additional hours on site. Every additional hour costs €200,00.
If you would like to have specific flowers to match the event decoration, you can send them to us and we will press them for your event.
We can personalize the artwork paper with your logo, monogram, etc.
